Who is ERA?

ERA inherited Bilesim’s experience in marketing and social research. Feeling the market demand and relying on our long term experience we established Marketing Center which currently centralizes marketing research, social research and promotion services.

Our consultants’ database developed throughout the years enables us to provide our clientele with more professional approach attracting consultants for the report development. At present ERA continues conducting marketing and social research, public opinion polls, and promo actions with experienced staff. ERA has 14 full time managerial employees and around 100 part time field employees who successfully fulfill the field work covering the whole territory of Azerbaijan.

By using advanced data processing hardware and software, ERA provides local and foreign companies with information and research data on different spheres. ERA keeps its close relations with Bilesim, which still contracts ERA to perform whole stages of research in Azerbaijan as well as develop reports and presentations. Simultaneously, Bilesim takes part in the reporting and presentation development of the certain research projects carried out directly by ERA.

ERA employs state-of-the-art methods and techniques in the area of market research and enhances networking opportunities through active participation in various workshops, commercial presentations and annual conferences implemented by ESOMAR, which brings together about 1000 professionals from 70 countries worldwide.
