QUANTITATIVE RESEARCH

A research method based on collecting statistical data through questionnaires or surveys to help researchers determine the public opinion.

Quantitative research is conducted through the following survey techniques:
  • Field studies - door-to-door interviews, street-intercept interviews
  • Telephone survey
  • Mail survey
  • Expert survey
  • Central location test
Field studies - field teams consisting of interviewers and supervisors carry out the fieldwork. The quality of the fieldwork is controlled by ERA's unique and extremely effective direct on-the-spot supervision system. This way, 65% of the interviews are checked in the field. Later, all of the filled questionnaires are thoroughly checked at the office.
